Dr. Markus Schmidberger explains how strong data foundations, AI literacy, leadership alignment, and human judgment turn enterprise AI use into real value.
Dr. Markus Schmidberger, CTO & CPO and Co-Founder at JuntoAI, believes successful AI adoption starts with trusted data, clear business goals, and strong foundations.
On The Executive Outlook, Markus explains that organizations must understand what data they have, whether it can be trusted, and which business problems they want AI to solve. For him, data literacy and business context are essential to creating measurable value.
Markus also believes AI, data, and business strategies should work together rather than separately. Strong governance, monitoring, and human oversight are key to responsible adoption.
For Markus, the future of enterprise AI is about moving beyond simple productivity tools and using AI to improve real business outcomes while keeping human judgment at the center.
