He works with his team to develop new technology strategies and ensure the IT platform runs smoothly. He prioritizes making the IT system always available and ensuring business users can get the data they need whenever they need it.

Innovation is a key focus for him, and he’s always driving his team to find new and creative solutions. Whether in a meeting, working with his team, or just trying to keep the platform running smoothly, he’s always focused on making a difference.

In the past few years, the company has grown from a team of 75 to 130+ and doubled in size in terms of both team and revenue.
